World class testing facility

At Sujan ContiTech AVS (SCT), our extensive testing facilities ensure that the components we manufacture deliver exceptional performance in terms of NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and durability.

Our NVH Solutions have been designed to reduce noise and vibration levels inside the vehicle — be it a passenger car, SUV, MPV or commercial vehicles including medium and Heavy trucks and buses, as well as small, four-wheeler CVs. Our NVH solutions help improve driving comfort and safety. Our laboratory is managed by experts who have in-depth knowledge and experience at the vehicle and component-level, and work closely with our in-house R&D teams. Our R&D team headed by CTOs work closely with their counterparts at Continental’s (ContiTech) global R&D laboratories. Our testing facility was recently expanded, and is now equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that can handle all OEM requirements.

• NVH & RLDA Support:

With expertise in vehicle testing, SCT provides support for Noise and Vibration measurements at the vehicle level and Road Load Data acquisition for durability at the customer’s location.

• Dynamic Stiffness Testing up to 1000 Hz:

SCT is proud to have installed the first machine among Indian competitors capable of dynamic stiffness testing up to 1000 Hz and resonance testing of dampers. These are critical for the growing electric vehicle (EV) market.

• Multi-Axis Durability Testing with Road Load Data:

Our advanced durability testing uses Road Load Data in multi-axis directions to replicate actual vehicle conditions, ensuring reliable performance in real-world applications.

• Cavitation and De-coupler Noise Measurement:

Our laboratory tests hydromounts for cavitation and de-coupler noise, essential for validating hydro mounts before vehicle testing.

• Impact Hammer Testing:

We perform resonance testing for brackets and parts, an essential procedure for component validation.

• Universal Testing Machine (UTM):

Our UTM provides precise static stiffness measurements, ensuring the highest quality standards for our components.
