Eligibility

• DME /BE (Mech, Auto, Production).
• 02-05 Years of work experience in similar profile.
• Location: – Pune.
• Responsibilities
• Procurement Operations:
• Source and purchase automotive components, raw materials, and consumables.
• Issue Schedules to respective suppliers.
• Ensure timely Inward of materials to meet production schedules.
• Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
• Inventory & Material Planning:
• Coordinate with the stores and production teams for material planning.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Track inventory levels and consumption rates.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/TS standards, and legal regulations.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with internal departments (production, QC, finance, warehouse) to align procurement with operational needs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive components and with OEM Schedules like Tata, Mahindra & Maruti.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.
