• DME /BE (Mech, Auto, Production).
• 12-15 Years of work experience in similar profile.
• Location: – Pune.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Control To meet Production Targets To ensure Safety on shop floor To maintain Quality Standards Internal Process & Team Management
• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
• Schedule shift according to production needs.
• Machin prepare machine loading plan.
• Production planning as per customer schedule
• Monitor Daily output to remedy shortfalls in Quality, Cost & Delivery Schedules.
• Productivity, OEE, FTQ & Scrap Improvements
• Raw material planning(compound).
• Ensuring Statistical Process Control Studies for Key Processes
• Deployment of Production Objectives and Monthly Monitoring of Allocated Budget
• Create awareness for the safety of men, materials and machines
• Implementation of safety Policies and safety gears.
• Bring about improvement to increase safety standards.
• In house Rejection Analysis.
• Deviation Handling and Management of Quarantined Product (Authorization for Rework). NC management and abnormal situation handling.
• Scrap analyses and reduction. 2 OF 3 F-HR-02 To ensure Environment, Health & Safety Management implementation
• Purge rubber control.
• Identify training needs for Assistant Production Managers and supervisors.
• 5S/ Kaizen / TPM in Shop Floor.
